RR#094 - Is your marketing money just fuel for a bonfire?

You’re good at what you do.

You’ve got the expertise, experience, and knowledge to solve problems for clients.

The problem is, you just don’t have enough leads to help you find clients.

Then, bam!

A DM on social hits your inbox.

“I’ll help you fill your calendar with sales calls and add $10-30k a month in your client business in 60 days. No risk. We’ll work for free until you see results.”

Tempting, huh?

99 times out of 100, your mom’s advice was right on the money here:

“If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.”

What makes me so confident?

Well, I've invested millions of dollars in marketing, ranging from lead generation hustlers to world-class agencies.

And I’ve got the scars from seeing these decisions turn out to be no different than walking into your backyard, pouring a bunch of money into a garbage can, and lighting it on fire.

I’ve also coached hundreds of founders who’ve learned this the hard way as well.

Just think about it though.

This person or business doesn’t know you, your market, your offer, your positioning, your competitive advantage, or anything else.

And they’re offering to guarantee results and work with you for free until they get them.

Would you do that with a stranger?

Even worse, is that what they’re signing you up to do? Send spammy messages with over the top offers that put you on the hook to get results for businesses or people that aren’t actually setup to get any? Or take dozens of calls with people you don’t want to work with?

And even if they can help, you still won’t know how to generate leads if they disappeared, which makes your business incredibly fragile.

There are 6 reasons hiring a marketing agency to generate leads isn’t going to work for you.

And 1 scenario where it might.

I recorded a video sharing all 7 and posted it up on my YouTube channel.

Save yourself some time, frustration, and a lot of money by giving it a watch here.
