3 things we got wrong about our sales audit

A couple months after rolling our our sales audit...

I can confidently say there are (at least) 3 things I got wrong initially.

1. The target audience.

I guessed the audience would be businesses wanting to "fix" sales.

Almost all have been good businesses that wanted to level up / scale.

2. The structure.

We started with the audit focused on people, product, process (3P).

And we found the framework from my ebook fit far better (JACKED).

3. The source of problems.

We evaluate 6 key parts of the business in the audit.

The source of the most opportunity has been in... marketing.

Number 1 surprised me most.

But, that's why we execute, measure, and learn.

The market will tell you if your opinion or idea is right or wrong.

If you listen objectively.
