The things to look for to figure out what is really working

If sales in your business are stuck...

Consider looking at what IS working to get unstuck.

Some of the things I usually look for:

Are some people on the sales team doing better than others?
Are some recent customers ecstatic about buying?
Are there segments you are doing well with?
Are certain products doing better than others?
Are some parts of sales - like retention - better than others?
Are things that drive sales, like marketing, working well?

And dig into what is already working well.

Why are they working well?

You may find where you can scale success.

And at the same time pinpoint where the process is breaking down.
